The basic key to staying
motivated is to know where your problem areas are and have a plan for
dealing with them. Don’t avoid or ignore them. Deal with them that will give
you confidence & Motivation.
“Know What Makes You Overeat- Try to Avoid”
To control your habit of Overeat avoid bingeing on
high-calorie foods when you do feel disappointed, rejected, or bored. Keep your
kitchen stocked with lots of healthy options such as chunks of fruits and
veggies, low-fat yogurts, flavoured waters, fruit Juices. Make sure you allow
for treats once a week without feeling guilty and enjoy every bite.
“Make Simple Daily Change to your life”
Start with a few simple lite weight exercise and make changes
each day. Here by putting these small changes to your routine can add up over
time to give you a big health boost. Here are some suggestions:
- Add 5-10 more grams of fibre to your daily meal.
- Leave refined carbohydrates, such as white bread, white rice, and
sweets.
- Avoid foods with trans-fats and Cholesterol.
- Add two to three more servings of veggies at lunch and dinner.
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water each day.
- Add 15-20 minutes of walking to your daily exercise regimen
- Take a break every hour at work when possible and walk some 100-200
steps in place.
- Wake up before the time and start 15-30 minutes’ walk before work.
“Find an Encouraging Section”
Doesn’t matter where the support comes from - spouse,
friend, co-worker, or online "buddy," or others.
Think of a few people who might be in your cheering
section. Talk to these people about giving you support and holding you
accountable as you work to reach your health goals. Call upon your cheering
section when you are having trouble to sticking with good health habits.
“Don’t Blame Yourself-Forgive Yourself”
If you could not follow you diet on vacation and overeat,
drink too much, or get failed to exercise -- forgive yourself. Don't beat yourself
up! Instead, say, "I have enjoyed my vacation and now start again,"
and let it go.
Allowing yourself time to enjoy a few indulgences
occasionally is ok. If you feel guilty for having desserts or dish you like on
a special night out or occasion, forgive yourself and start back on your more
disciplined program the next day.
“Try to Never Go Out with Hungry Stomach”
Studies says the biggest cause of overeating is under
eating. "People go too long without eating, and when they start eating
they crossed the limit.
Take planned meal in your daily diet to prevent binges.

It's easy to see slim and healthy people and think how
lucky they are. But the truth is that they are working hard to being healthy or
slim & trim each day. Learn from them.
Make some healthy choices by being more physically active
i.e, Park Your Vehicle at the end of the lot when you go out to Grocery Store /
Cinema / Office etc., Try to open the door when at home. Take the stairs at
work. Go on a long walk with your kids and Spouse or Friends.
Remember that this work definitely, but it will take time
to give result. So, don’t lose your hope & keep doing the effort without
any doubt.
